My friend Micki lent me her tablet and I can’t stop playing with the darn thing (hey Micki, do you think you could explain to my husband why I haven’t had time to do any laundry this week LOL!) The digital stamp on this card I made by drawing it right on the tablet, what fun! To see more of my designs click here. I have had the fortune to try out a Wacom pen tablet. Here you can see the inside of the card, I sealed the baggie with my 'Hot Marks' tool and I'm hoping for the best 🙂 on the inside there is a gradient blue panel that I made with a kaliedacolor ink pad, brayer and homemade shimmer spray. I filled a zip-to baggie with hair gel and taped it to back of my window. I was inspired by the gals over at Caardvarks to make a window card.

Stamps: The Rubber Cafe, Paper: K&Co, tool: Cricut+SCAL software (download the template for free above!) I cut my cards out of K&Co double-sided paper, I love how you can see both sides of the lovely paper!ĭownlad the SCallop tri-fold card SVG here.ĭownload the scallop tag svg here. I would use their tutorial if you do not have a cricut and simply make a tag with scallop scissors. I was inspired to make this svg that you can cut with your cricut if you have SCAL software after seeing a wonderful tutorial at Splitcoast Stampers.

I really like The Rubber Cafe stamps because they are deeply etched and they stamp perfectly every time so you don’t end up wasting a lot of cardstock trying to get a good impression. A word of caution: Don’t use solvent based markers (Copic, Sharpie, Bic Mark its) to color the rubber, they dry too quick and may stain or damage your stamp, also this technique does not work well with most clear stamps, the marker ink wants to bead up. This is a great way to make a multi-colored image with a rubber stamp. I colored the image on the front of the card with water-based brush markers (Tombow, Marvy and Whispers) then I breathed on the stamp to re-moisten the ink and stamped. I used this weeks sketch over at 2sketches4you (Yay, I got it done on a Monday woo-hoo!) and the Bon Appetit stamp set from The Rubber Cafe. I embossed “Trick or Treat” (inkadinkado) with white on a black scrap, mounted it with orange and adhered it to the card and added eyelets for decoration. The cardstock backing adds color while making the card more sturdy. I used my cricut and SCAL software to cut the spiderweb edge card (you can download that svg file below) then used spray adhesive to glue it to a 6″x12″ sheet of Bazzil cardstock, then I trimmed around the web. Then I used a star background rubber stamp (Inque Boutique) and clear embossing ink to stamp around the witch and used a pom-pom to dab chalk over that to make the purple star design in the background. I colored them with colored pencils then blended them with a blender pen that I had filled with goo-gone. On this card I used A Cute Witch and Harry the Spider digital stamps from Lindsay’s Stamp Stuff.
